Yr 12 Celebrations

Yr 12 Primary School Carnival

For their final dress up day for 2023, the Year 12 cohort dressed up in their Primary School uniform. Primary School Day was more than just a chance to dress up, but an opportunity to celebrate thirteen years of schooling. At lunchtime, a barbeque was held attended by some teachers and Principals from local Primary Schools as special guests. As part of the celebration, students also brought food to share, inspired by things they ate when they were at Primary School. During the afternoon, students got involved in various Primary School games and activities including kickball, Octopus, and Cops and Robbers. Smaller activities and games also ran inside the Senrio Centre, including duck-duck-goose, jump-rope, musical chairs and more relaxing activities such as colour by numbers and connect the dots. To end the day, students participated in a massive game of Gang Up Tiggy. Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with good vibes, laughter and nostalgia.

Valedictory Dinner

We are proud to, once again, host our annual Valedictory Dinner in Celebration of our Graduating Class of 2023.  This auspicious event is an opportunity for us to formally farewell our Year 12 students whilst celebrating the journey they have travelled to complete their studies.

Our students have been shaped by the experiences Wantirna College has provided as well as the support of their teachers and families.

Valedictory is a moment for students to stop, reflect and remember what they have achieved over 13 years of schooling, to celebrate the relationships they have formed along the way and to savour being the graduating class of 2023.
