GRIP Leadership Conference

On Tuesday the 13th of February,  our leadership team embarked on an amazing adventure. We gathered at the Beaufort train station early Tuesday morning, waiting with anticipation as excitement filled the air.

The excursion aimed to develop essential leadership skills through a series of challenging activities, keeping us engaged and involved throughout the day. We had the opportunity to collaborate with other schools, to find and agree on solutions to posed problems. The excursion tested our ability to be leaders and make sacrifices, while also emphasised the importance of effective communication, collaboration and adaptability. I believe everyone who participated in the conference would agree that it left an indelible mark on our approach to being leaders and representatives of our school.

During this valuable learning experience students utilised their Habits of Mind to assist them on the day. As selected by one of our school leaders, the following Habits were incredibly useful.
