EISM Cross Country

Luke Bahramis, Head of Sport

Congratulations to our team of 61 students who represented Kilvington at the EISM Cross Country event at Ruffy Lake, Doncaster, on Wednesday. Competing against 20 other schools in the EISM, Kilvington achieved impressive results, showcasing the strength and spirit of our small school.

The students' dedication and hard work over the past six weeks, training twice a week before school, truly paid off. The camaraderie and spirit they'd built during those early morning sessions were evident throughout the event.

A special thanks to former student Gemma Craddock for her exceptional coaching and support. Her experience in athletics at the School undoubtedly inspired and guided the team. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Miss Emma McLaren for her tireless efforts in organising the team and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding results:

  • Ewan Brown - 2nd, Year 7
  • Archie Fifoot (finishing the 3km course in 9.39mins) - 1st, Year 9
  • Willow Devine - 1st, Year 9
  • Alex Verginis - 5th, Year 10
  • Addison Hammond - 2nd, Year 11

Your achievements are a testament to your hard work and perseverance. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you!
