A big welcome from Student Wellbeing
Welcome to all new NHS students and families, and welcome back to those returning after a long and well-earned break.
The Student Wellbeing team support the positive mental health and wellbeing of all students in the school community. We work closely with students, families, staff, and other services to promote resilience, positive relationships, and general wellbeing.
Our services include:
- Counselling support and other early intervention services
- Coordinating support for students with complex needs
- Contributing to whole-school approach to mental health prevention and promotion
- Financial support for students and families
- Therapeutic groups
- Psychoeducation programs
- Breakfast club
- Overseeing the student clubs program
- Parenting support programs

Accessing wellbeing support
Students can find the wellbeing team in the Student Services Office in Room M11. Students can make an appointment by emailing their Student Wellbeing Coordinator or just popping in (our door is always open!). Parents and carers can contact us via email or on 03 9488 2321.
Each newsletter the wellbeing team will share important information about upcoming events, services, and information on these pages. Stay tuned to learn more about what we have planned this year.
