Our senior students gathered in St George’s Cathedral on Monday to honour and celebrate the outstanding achievements of 15 of our 2024 graduates in their ATAR and APEx pathways. The occasion was an opportunity to celebrate not only their academic achievements but also to acknowledge their dedication and involvement in the broader school community. This was a reminder that their accomplishments were not achieved in isolation, but through years of effort, perseverance, and the support of family, friends, and equally their teachers.
Congratulations again to the following 2024 Grammarians:
• Jessica Bakes • Sarah Clayson • Hayden Cowell • Clare Cohen • Alicia Gregory• Benjamin Hicks • Eloise Hwang • Tayla Koetser • Linus Miller • Will Moesker • Hamish Monk • Olivia Reid • Tate Rogers • Harry Stubbs-Denny • Sadie Tibbitts
Year 11/12 Parent Information Evening
It has been an incredibly exciting start to the year, and I am grateful for the opportunity to begin getting to know our wonderful students and to immerse myself in life as a proud member of the St George’s School Team. It has been a busy time, filled with a wide range of important events that have already set a positive tone for the year ahead.
A big thank you to the families who attended this week's Year 11/12 Parent Information Evening. The sessions focused on information surrounding WACE requirements, the specifics of ATAR, and the opportunities provided through our various APEx pathways. We hope all who attended enjoyed the session and feel better equipped to support their child through the final two years of their schooling journey. If you were unable to attend, below is a booklet to download which includes valuable information regarding pathways, WACE requirements, and the missed assessment schedule.
