Sustainability @ TPPS

Sustainability News

All of our clever Prep students contributed to a very special project last week by rejuvenating a sad looking pot on their deck.

One of the pots was too broken to save, but the students have put new soil, our very own compost, and plants into the other one, and it’s looking great!

They planted Dietes, Alyssum and Nasturtium, and protected the soil with a layer of pea straw.

Now they are showing their school RRIPO value of Responsibility by caring for and watering the plants. They have learned all about how to tell if a plant needs to be watered in their Sustainability class.

Look how proud they are of their work! We hope you love it too. 😊
