As part of their ongoing Professional Development, our staff was blessed to participate in a hands-on and engaging workshop with Labyrinth expert Ange Virgona last week.

Ange guided the staff on the meaning and history of labyrinths, many benefits to using labyrinths and the vast ways of utilising them with our children. 

We finished our learning by taking part in a reflective prayer linked to our theme of 'Be Kind, Be You' where we walked the labyrinth we are so lucky to have in our Community Garden.

Ange will return to St Mary's in Term 2 to provide further Professional Development for our staff to build on this knowledge and understanding, focusing on practical ways of using the labyrinth as a tool for learning across the curriculum.
