Elite Sport Program

The Lalor North Secondary College Elite Sports Program is a unique initiative that offers a select group of volunteer students the opportunity to participate in an extensive training program aimed at developing agility, endurance, a wide range of skills, and discipline.

With the approval of their parents or guardians, these dedicated students commit to training sessions before school at 7:30 am and after school several days a week.

Their commitment and dedication are truly inspiring, as they must balance their rigorous training schedule with their academic responsibilities.

Supported by a team of dedicated educators, the students in the program receive guidance and mentorship from individuals who are equally committed to their success and the positive impact that can be achieved through sports participation.

Selected students are also given the opportunity to take on leadership roles as trainers themselves, further enhancing their skills and responsibilities.

Long shadows are cast when training starts at 7:30 am.
When we say jump, we jump high.
Kicking like a girl ... is amazing.
