Poetry in Motion

At year 10 EAL, we look at different ways to develop our written and oral language skills. On a warm summer's day, we decided to sit outside and discuss how our senses work. We spoke about what we could hear, smell, feel, see and taste. Based on our discussions, we took notes and then as a class we wrote a 'Sensory Poem'.

Following the class example, students wrote their own sensory poem from what they previously shared with the class.
