Year 9/10 Volleyball Team 

The year 9/10 volleyball team embarked on a journey of triumph, facing off against rival schools in a fierce competition. Despite initial challenges and moments of adversity, the team exhibited resilience and determination, emerging victorious in every set of every game.

Their journey was marked by a remarkable ability to rally back, even when the odds seemed stacked against them. Down a few times, they refused to succumb to defeat, instead summoning the strength to turn the tide in their favour.

Their unwavering teamwork, skill, and relentless spirit propelled them through the preliminary rounds and into the finals, where they delivered a stunning performance that clinched the division title. With this resounding victory, they now stand as proud representatives of Lalor North Secondary College, set to compete in the regionals as Darebin Division champions. They eagerly anticipate the opportunity to showcase their talent on an even larger stage. The team's extraordinary journey is a testament to their dedication, perseverance, and collective drive to succeed.

Above we see some of the dedicated students and staff at the Lalor North Secondary College Elite Sports Program is a unique initiative that offers a select group of volunteer students the opportunity to participate in an extensive training program aimed at developing agility, endurance, a wide range of skills, and discipline. 

With the approval of their parents or guardians, these dedicated students commit to training sessions before school at 7:30 am and after school several days a week.
