Play Clubs
Terrific Tuesday, Wellbeing Wednesday, and Fantastic Friday Play Clubs continue to be very successful. Students are enjoying playing together and exploring the wide range of games and equipment available. There has been a great deal of creativity, cooperation, and sharing among students on these fun-filled days.
Years 3 - 6 Sandpit
The sandpit in the “big area” is now open for all students in Years 3–6 during both lunch and recess. New equipment has been added to this area, as well as to the Prep area, for students to enjoy. Many students are already making the most of this opportunity for creative play.
Talk with Tails - Dog Therapy
How exciting! Kim has been working very hard behind the scenes to help our school welcome a couple of dogs—along with their trained handlers—who will work with our students in small groups. We are planning for this wonderful program to begin in 2026, so keep an eye out for permission notices coming in the new year!

You will have FREE access to numerous fun activities like the below.
MINDFUL MONDAYS
Here are the students kicking off their week with calm, clarity, and connection! Mindful Mondays invite students to take a peaceful pause during recess through guided breathing, simple stretches, and quiet reflection activities. Whether it’s a cozy corner to unwind or a moment to reset with friends, Mindful Mondays help everyone return to class refreshed, focused, and ready to learn. A small pause can make a big difference!
LEGO THERAPY
We’re excited to be running LEGO® Therapy, a small-group social skills activity designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Each session includes three students who work together using structured roles, such as Builder, Engineer, and Supplier, to complete engaging LEGO challenges. With the intimate group size, every student has the opportunity to participate fully, share ideas, and practice cooperative skills in a supportive environment. We look forward to seeing the creativity and confidence that emerge from each session.
TAC’s Safe Migration Project
As a school community, we’re committed to supporting safe travel habits from the very beginning of primary school. Through the TAC’s Safe Migration Project we’ll be sharing practical tips and resources with parents and carers to support you and your children to travel safely to and from school - whether by walking, riding, scootering, or driving.
We encourage you to take a look at the fun and engaging resources on offer, designed to spark important conversations about safe travel to and from school. You can watch the TAC’s Safe Migration video here https://youtu.be/XWFBPh33pMQ?si=zGUHj1cg4IGAKq5J
