Young Sheep Handlers Expo 11-12 July 2024 

The Royal Agricultural Society of WA are offering a two-day expo for young people interested in learning about sheep handling, husbandry and showing, during the July school holidays.

And the season continues ...

Seeding continues.  Feeding continues.  Babies are still being born.  Maintenance is being done. Still the typical scenes on any farm in the Wheatbelt at the moment.  The only difference being - we have almost 150 students to educate, train and assess.  

We wouldn't be trainers here if we weren't passionate about educating the young farmers of tomorrow.  Each of our trainers possess different skills and strengths.  Students are lucky enough to access all of these skills and strengths over their time at the College. Some might find interests they didn't know they had.  Some may hone skills they thought they would never use.  Some might find a different path all together!
