School Saving Bonus Update: Important Reminder – Action Required to Use Funds for School-Related Activities
If you wish to use any portion of the $400 School Saving Bonus (SSB) for school-related activities, including excursions or camps, please ensure you go into the SSB Portal and allocate the funds to "Activities."
At this stage, you are not selecting a specific activity but rather designating an amount you wish to make available for use at the school.
Please note, we cannot allocate SSB funds to any school activities unless you have reallocated them in the SSB Portal in advance. This is a critical step in the process and must be done by each family using their secure SSB Portal login details.
The SSB Portal is integrated with the school’s administration system (CASES21), and this allocation is necessary for the school to use the funds on your behalf. The SSB Portal works in $50 increments.
Steps to Reallocate Your Funds:
- Decide what portion of the original $400 SSB you wish to use for textbooks or uniforms, if any.
- In the SSB Portal, reallocate the remaining balance to "Activities."
- This will enable you to use the funds for any school activities, excursions, or camps in the future.
Please Note: Any unspent SSB funds as of July 1, 2025, will roll over to your Family account to be used for Activities, Excursions, or Camps. The funds will be applied to Compass events before we request any payment from you (provided you have available funds to use). If you receive an event that asks for payment, but you believe you have SSB Activity funds available, please contact your Campus Office. Your School Saving Bonus balance is NOT visible in Compass.
Reminder: Outstanding Curriculum Contributions – Your Support Matters
We would like to remind all families of the importance of settling outstanding Curriculum Contributions for the current school year. These contributions are essential in ensuring we continue to provide a high-quality, well-rounded education for all students.
Your contributions directly support key elements of the curriculum, including necessary learning resources, educational programs, and materials that are crucial for your child's development.
We greatly appreciate your support in this important area, as it helps maintain the standard of education we are committed to providing.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your Campus Office Manager. Thank you for your ongoing support.
