Student Well-being

Wellbeing Update
Inquiry Based Wellbeing
This term, our students explored wellbeing through their Inquiry Unit. It has been wonderful to explore topics such as Physical, Mental and Social Health and how they impact our daily lives.
Next term, we will be following and exploring the Respectful Relationships Learning Program.
This will be wonderful as it is a whole school approach and consistency will allow all communities to be building upon similar skills.
Respectful Relationships education is a core component of the Victorian Curriculum from Prep to Year 12. It is all about embedding a culture of respect and equality across the entire school community. The program is used across many schools in Victoria.

Better Buddies
As always, the Better Buddies program has been a huge success with our Year 5 students. They have absolutely loved engaging with the Kinder children at the Hive Early Learning. It is always lovely walking back from the Kinder hearing the children chat to each other about their highlight of the afternoon.
We thank Anh, Jess and the team at the Hive for welcoming us each week and providing a wonderful learning experience for our students.
