Our office is open 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm Friday.

Running Late?

Students who are not collected by 3.45pm cannot be supervised by office staff. We encourage registration in our outside school hours care program run by Kristen and the team from Team Kids.  Once registered, the service can be utilised for those unexpected late pickups.

Early Pickup

When your student needs to be collected early, we remind you that this is often disruptive to the class environment.  We recommend the early pickup of students to be at the start or end of recess (10.40am/11.10am) or lunch (12.50pm/1.50pm), and where possible, please avoid early pickups on Fridays from 2pm due to our circles program and weekly assembly.

Also, please note, that in most circumstances, we do not allow students to wait in the foyer for collection.

If a student is to be picked up by a person other than their parent(s)/immediate guardian, please ensure you give consent via email to the school or a written note to the office giving authority for the person specified to collect your child. Please also ask that person to carry identification (if possible).

School Savings Bonus | SSB

We encourage parents & carers wishing to allocate SSB to activities, to complete this transaction as soon as possible via the SSB portal. Unfortunately, we can’t allocate funds to camps or activities if you haven’t completed the transaction in the SSB portal.

Qkr!

Qkr! is our preferred method of payment for 2025 Parent Payment Arrangements (Curriculum Contributions), Year Level Camps and most PFA Fundraisers (such as Easter Raffle).

Camps

Families can utilise the Qkr! app now to pay ad hoc instalments towards camps for students in Grades 4, & 5 with full payment required 4 weeks prior.  If you have allocated SSB to activities, please reduce your payments accordingly.

Grade 4 Adanac Camp | 6th – 8th October | $345 (expected cost)

Grade 5 Anglesea Camp | 8th – 10th September | $442

Compass

We continue to use Compass for consent to all activities and for payment of general school events such as sport and year level excursions.
