HEAD LICE

It is the responsibility of parents to check their children's hair regularly.

PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO INSPECT YOUR CHILD'S HAIR CLOSELY, AS THE CONDITION IS CONTAGIOUS.

If eggs are found, please advise the school, and treat the child's hair with an appropriate head lice treatment and check all family members' hair. It is also necessary to wash any hats and bedding that your child has been in contact with. Please ensure your child's school hat is taken home and washed as students sometimes leave their hats in their trays or in the classroom and these can get overlooked.

Approved School Card Students may apply to the school front office for head lice treatment. A brochure explaining the treatment of head lice is also available on request.
