Victorian School Music Festival Performances During August

Congratulations to Chamber Strings (Gold Award) and String Group (Silver Award) for their performances at the Victorian School Music Festival this week.

The Victorian School Music Festival is a huge event involving hundreds of school ensembles from all over the state. Students have the opportunity to play for and hear other school ensembles, as well as have an onstage tutorial from a guest expert clinician.

Upcoming Music Events

• 28 August - Symphonic Band to Victorian School Music Festival
• 29 August - Concert Band to Victorian School Music Festival
• 12 September - Euphonix performance at Manningham Community Concert

Events are on Compass for Concert Band and Symphonic Band who are performing next week. Please make sure you give consent and take note of the excursion times and make arrangements as appropriate to attend these important performances.

Sponsor a Seat in the PAC

We are inviting you to be a part of our Performing Arts Centre as a Seat Sponsor.

With your gift of $300 (Premium Seat in the front section of the theatre)  or $250 (General Seating) each, you can play your part in continuing to upgrade and create a state-of-the-art facility for use by our students, as well as the wider community.

A plaque will be placed on the back of each seat you sponsor.
