Book Week Parade

Book Week is NEXT WEEK!!!

We’re currently talking the talk about Book Week and next week we’ll be walking the walk (or parading the parade 😉).

YES! 

The annual Lee St Book Parade is about to explode into joyful reality.

WHEN: Thursday, August 22nd 

TIME: 9.15am

WHERE: The basketball court (the hall if the weather is weathering). 

WHAT: Students/staff (parents too, if that’s your vibe), dress up as their favourite book/comic/graphic novel character. 

It’s a parade of unbridled fun. And inclusiveness. If dressing up is not your child’s ‘jam’ {it’s not mine at all but I get paid for it 😉}, they can come along as a muggle from the Harry Potter series. 

Regular clothes are all that’s required for that role.
