Seasonal allergic rhinitis (Hayfever)
As winter comes to an end it might be time for people with seasonal allergic rhinitis to start taking their intranasal corticosteroid spray (INCS).
INCS sprays are designed to make your nose less sensitive to pollen and other triggers. This means that they do not reduce your symptoms straight away, but instead act as a preventer.
It takes about a week of using an INCS spray every day before it starts working.

Eczema care
During winter, the air is drier which means your skin might become drier. For people with eczema, using the right amount of moisturiser is an important part of daily management.
Are you using enough moisturiser?
