Local Excursions Consent Form 2024

A reminder if your student/s did not received this form please ask them to collect one from the office. It is vital that you return the completed form to the office ASAP. 

The purpose of this form is to obtain parent/carer consent for local excursions during 2024.

Absences

A reminder to families if your student/s will be arriving late to school, please notify the office by 9 am or log on to XUNO to approve their absences. Thank you to those families who call, send a note or log on to XUNO regarding this. This helps ensure our records are up to date and correct. 

Leaving Early

Should your student/s need to leave early this also can be approved on XUNO at the beginning of the day, or a note sent in with them or a phone call to the office as early as possible. Please be mindful that the office is extremely busy between 3.00pm and 3.20pm, therefore it is not always possible to get late messages to students.

Bus Passes

If your student/s require a bus pass ensure a signed and dated note is dropped into the office at the beginning of the day. As most of our busses are full, some passes may not be available. Students are NOT permitted to travel on our busses without a pass.

Payment using phones at the canteen

A reminder that mobile phones are not to be used for any purchases of food at the canteen. Linda accepts card and cash only.

Unwell student/s

Please do not send your student/s to school if they are unwell, there is a lot of illness going through the community.

Please remind student/s if they are at school and unwell, to come to the office and we will call home if necessary.
