SOCCER GALA DAY
What a wonderful time we had. The soccer gala day was a big hit. It was nerve-racking but very exciting. We cheered each other on and received a boost of confidence. We played group games in break times to help improve and always had helpful pep talks from our wonderful coaches. The penalty shoot out had everyone on their toes. We happily won and moved on to the finals where the Rebel Boys and Storm Boys cheered us on with the school song. It distracted our opponents and we got to the other side. We won the year 5 girls trophy and it proudly stands in the office.

SOCCER GALA DAY
In sports, year three to five went to a soccer tournament. We were playing against other schools. They were rough but some people played fairly. Most of the people would not play fairly which was difficult for us.
We did not have a snack time or lunch time because we were playing soccer matches. We ate our food between games so we had to eat quickly.
Overall it was a fun experience.
