We’ve had a fantastic start to Term 3 in the Junior Room!

During literacy, students have been learning about conjunctions. They've done a wonderful job applying their new knowledge, especially using “but” and “because” in their writing.

A big congratulations to Odin and Fred for being the first in our class to reach 100 days/nights of reading — what an incredible achievement!

In maths, we've been revisiting foundational concepts with a focus on numbers from 0 to 20, and then counting backwards again. This has been a great opportunity for students to practise correct number formation and avoid mixing up those tricky teen numbers.
