Just a reminder to all families that when your child has been included in an excursion or overnight activity or any other activity that requires parental permission, this can only be done through PAM (Parent Access Module). If you have issues logging into PAM, please contact the College and we can support you to re-establish your login. Permission closes 24 hours prior to the event.

Verbal permission, email permission or phone calls are unfortunately not able to be accepted. This is a policy from our employer, DOSCEL (Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Ltd).

Minimising the Spread of Illness – What You Can Do

There are several viruses and other contagious illnesses traveling throughout our community and school right now. We are therefore asking students, staff, and parents to help minimise the spread of illness at school.

Here are some ways we can stop the spread:

  • Please keep your child at home if you think they have an illness that could spread to others or are experiencing any of the following: fever or chills, cough, sore throat, body aches and fatigue.
  • Teach/remind your child to wash their hands frequently and to cover their nose or mouth with a tissue or elbow before a sneeze or cough.
  • Consider getting a Flu shot for you and your family members.
  • Individuals with gastro should remain away from school until 48 hours after their symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea have completely subsided

We know it can be a tough call deciding whether to send your child to school or keep them home. While attendance matters, students need to be well enough to learn and avoid putting others at risk.

If a student presents to First Aid with cold, flu or gastro symptoms, we will assess the situation and determine whether they should go home. If you're unsure about your child’s illness, please contact your healthcare provider.

Thank you for working with us to help keep our school community healthy.

Student Absences

Parents can notify us of a student absence through the following methods:

  • Parent Access Module (PAM)Preferred method

College Drop Off and Pick Up

The Burke St entrance can become congested during peak times as it’s our main bus access.

For a safer and smoother drop-off and pick-up, please use the designated bay on Lilleys Road. The Visitor and Executive parking near Administration is for pre-arranged appointments only and not for student drop-off.
