As the 2025 school year draws to a close, we’d like to thank all our families for their ongoing support this year. Despite any bumps along the way, we have finished the year successfully and are now enjoying the final celebrations that the end of the year brings.

As with any end of year, there are people who are part of our school community who move on for a variety of reasons and we’d like to thank these people for the contributions they have made to ETRPS during their time with us.
We farewell a group of families of whom have been associated with ETRPS (and previous communities) for many years.
Brain, Clarke, Dempsey, Ellery, O'Brien, Soutter, Wall, Joyce, Mukamba, Palmer, Pitt, Rouget, Underwood, Gualvez, Hall, Marshall, McCann, Montga, Nicart, Stone, Summers, Sutton...We wish you all the best in your new school settings and thank you sincerely for your contributions to our school this year and over the previous years. May your future be bright.
Goodbye to;

Eric and
Rhylee,
I wish you all the very best as you start Secondary School.
We welcome many new families in 2026 and are looking forward to working alongside you all to support your children to reach their potential.
We need to say all the best to a staff member as she embarks on a new journey. To Tea; you have graduated and will be starting your teaching life beginning in 2026 in a neighbouring town. We thank you so very much for being a part of the lives of our students as an Education Support Staff member over the past couple of years here at ETRPS. May your beginnings be everything you have studied for.

End of Year Concert
Our students showcased what they'd been learning in Performing Arts, Visual Arts and PE at a special concert on Friday the 12 of December from 12 - 1.30, in the Centre. We had so much to share; our 2026 leaders were presented to the community, Terrific Kids awards given, Year 6 students farewelled and so much fun was had by all. Some very proud moments had too.

New School Ad on EDGE FM
We have updated our ad on EDGE FM. It sounds terrific. You will hear it played on EDGE FM at various times throughout the day. Our School Leaders are the stars of the ad.

Uniform
Thank you to our students and the support of our families in ensuring our students are in full school uniform every day. Our students look great in our uniform, and it helps develop pride and a sense of belonging. Uniform spot checks will happen throughout the week.
Black pants and bike shorts are not part of our school uniform. As part of our uniform policy, all shorts and pants must be navy blue. Take the time over the break to update your child/ren's uniform to start 2026. Remember, we can provide vouchers to families valued at $85 where required.

ETRPS Transition Program
Students transitioned to 2026 year levels during our Step Up Program.
At these times, students developed comfort and understanding of what 2026 may look like for them. Thank you for your feedback from our students enabling the best start to 2026.

Dates to remember:
Friday 19 December Last day dismissal - 1.00pm
Merry Christmas and have a wonderful New Year.

Enjoy the holidays, stay safe and we will see our students return on THURSDAY 29 January.
