Inquiry Centre

Highlight

Selamat Siang,

It’s been a big and exciting week in the Inquiry Centre!

In Mathematics, we have been learning about directional language, using words such as quarter turn left, right, forward and back. Students practised giving and following directions through hands-on activities and games, building both their mathematical language and listening skills.

In Guided Inquiry, students finished their projects and were very excited to present their learning and their physical models. They did a fantastic job sharing their research, speaking clearly and showing pride in their work. We were so impressed by their effort and confidence!

Earlier in the week, students had the chance to listen to the Year 5 leadership speeches. They were very respectful audience members and enjoyed hearing the confident and persuasive ideas shared by the Year 5 students. Our buddy sessions were another highlight this week, with students enjoying time together and strengthening their buddy connections through shared activities and conversations. On Friday, students enjoyed celebration rotations, taking part in a range of fun activities to finish the week on a high. It was lovely to see everyone smiling, working together and celebrating their efforts.
