What an exciting and festive Week 10 we’ve had at OSHClub! With the year wrapping up, our program has been buzzing with creativity, energy, and plenty of Christmas cheer. This week’s cooking activities were a delicious hit! The children had a wonderful time making Christmas gingerbread, rolling dough, cutting shapes, and decorating their festive creations. We also whipped up lemon slices from scratch, and the kids were so proud of their zesty, sweet results. Our kitchen smelt amazing all week!
Christmas spirit was in full swing during our creative sessions. The children explored watercolour Christmas paintings, puffy-paint wreaths, and even sewed their own Christmas stockings. We loved decorating our OSHClub Christmas tree together, adding handmade touches from the children. Throughout the week we also made fabric keychains, folded festive origami, designed Christmas masks, and enjoyed calming word searches. The room was full of colour, glitter, and so much creativity.
We kept active with a big variety of games! This week included gang up tag, soccer, chalk hopscotch, parachute games, octopus, everyone's it, and a brand-new favourite, musical hoops! The kids absolutely loved this one, and it quickly became a go-to game for burning energy and laughing with friends.
Thanks for an incredible week, and we can’t believe we’re almost at the end of the year!
Highlight of the Week!
One standout moment this week was joining the Grade 3/4/5 celebration excursion to the movies! It was such a special experience to help out and spend time with students and staff outside of our usual OSHC environment. The kids were so excited, and it was lovely seeing everyone relax, have fun, and enjoy the celebration together.
A Message to our Grade 6s!
A huge congratulations to our amazing Grade 6 students on their graduation! We are so proud of each and every one of you. It has been a joy watching you grow over the years, and while we’ll miss our wonderful OSHClub Grade 6s dearly, we wish you all the luck in the world as you begin your high school journey. You’re going to do great things!

2026 Prep/ Kinder Enrolments
2026 Prep and Kinder Enrolments are open at OSHClub! Families are invited to join us for a sneak peek into all the fun and learning we have to offer. New families can enjoy three free sessions to experience our program firsthand, a perfect opportunity to see what OSHClub is all about! We can’t wait to meet our new OSHClub friends for 2026!

Enrolling Your Child
For new enrolments, please go to https://www.oshclub.com.au/register/
A helpful video for navigating the iParent Portal and completing the enrolment process can be found on this page.
Please note: CRN numbers and all birth dates must be entered correctly if you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy. CCS applications are submitted automatically to Centrelink when new enrolments are actioned.
Bookings
Online bookings for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play sessions close 24 hours in advance. Online bookings for the Holiday Program and Curriculum Days close 5 days in advance.
If online bookings have closed, and you would like to make or cancel a booking, please SMS the program phone on 0427 144 945.
Cancellation of Bookings
IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.
We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.
As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!
