Breakfast Club Kicks Off the Year with a Buzz!
Our Breakfast Club has started the school year off on a high note, with record numbers of students joining in for a healthy and happy start to the day! The club has been buzzing with energy each Wednesday & Friday morning, providing a warm, welcoming space where students can enjoy a nutritious meal, connect with friends and get ready for a great day of learning. A big thank you to our amazing college staff who pop in to visit and engage with the students- we’re excited to keep the momentum going!
New Yoga & Meditation Classes for year 12 students
This term, we are excited to introduce yoga and meditation classes for our year 12 students, offering a calming space to unwind, refocus, and build mindfulness skills. It will be offered weekly with sessions focused on breath work, meditation and movement. The sessions are designed to support students’ wellbeing, reduce stress, and improve concentration—especially important during a busy academic year.
Bunji Program Begins for Year 7 Students
We’re proud to launch the Bunji Social and Emotional Learning Program with our Year 7 students this term. “Bunji,” meaning “friend” in several Aboriginal languages, is all about helping students build strong connections, understand their emotions, and develop positive coping strategies as they transition into high school. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, students are learning valuable skills that support both their personal growth and classroom success.
