HSC Trials: Success Requires Some Stress

As we fast approach the HSC Trial Examinations, there will undoubtedly be stress from both parents and students leading up to and during examination time. However, for students to achieve optimum results, stress is a natural motivator. Under the right conditions it provides the optimal performance, whereas if students are too casual, there is a lack of drive to care and achieve well. At the opposite end of the spectrum, the impacts of stress and burnout are well-documented and unfortunately, this leads to a result that leaves the students disappointed.
