Donation callout for Rosies
As the nights become colder, blankets are in high demand and short supply. Please donate any clean and suitable blankets and/or shopping bags by dropping them off at the College's front office.
Patrons value the work that schools do, and it is wonderful to see our students engaging in service, challenging the stereotypes associated with teenagers today.
100 Days Red Dress Campaign
100 DAYS. ONE RED DRESS. A CALL FOR JUSTICE!
Our inspiring Assistant Principal – Identity & Outreach, Mrs O’Grady, has committed to a 100-day challenge (from June 9 to September 17), wearing the same red dress each day to raise awareness of the human and environmental impacts of fast fashion.
Inspired by the Blood Bricks project in Cambodia, this initiative highlights the devastating links between climate change, poverty, and forced labour, and challenges us to ask: What is the true cost of our $5 t-shirt?
At St Mary’s Catholic College, we’re proud to support Catholic Mission this term.
A heartfelt thank you to Yoa Diaz Rivera from Catholic Mission, for helping lead this effort.
Please spread the word; awareness is the first step toward justice.
