Prep News

Term 1, Week 6

What we've been up to...

To celebrate our first Wednesday of Prep, we held a Teddy Bear Picnic! We had a lot of fun decorating teddy bear biscuits, making headbands and sharing our learning with the teddies before heading outside to enjoy a picnic.

Over the past fortnight we have had lots of fun building our fine motor skills, learning all our yellow sounds and all about the numbers 1 - 8.

We have started writing comments in your child's log book about what sounds they know and what sounds to keep practising at home. Please make sure you are using the log book to record any home reading or sound practise, and checking for any communication from your classroom teacher.

No peanuts at school for Prep to Grade 2
