Netball Victoria School Championships

Well done to the Sacred Heart netball team that travelled to Melbourne last week to play in the 2024 Netball Victoria School Championships. The girls played very well and were runners-up in their pool by percentage. A big thank you to Sally Montano for coaching the girls and to Alana McNaughton for her First Aid skills. Thanks also to the parents and grandparents who supported the day.

Colac Division Golf Tournament

Unfortunately School Sport Victoria (SSV) have decided to know longer be involved in golf. This is very disappointing because we have a number of students who really enjoy the game. As a division and with the support of the Colac Golf Club, we have decided to still go ahead and run a Colac Division Golf Tournament. This will take place on Friday 30th August at the Colac Golf Club. The day will commence at 9:15am and finish at 1:15pm.

This is open to all students in Year 5 and 6 who enjoy the game and would like to participate in a modified 9 course game of golf. Students who enter the tournament must have an adult to walk around the course with them. The adult responsibilities include safety, etiquette and scoring where necessary.

Please Note: We must have one adult to every three children, so you may be able to make an arrangement with friends. These helpers must have a current Working With Children Check. Interested students can collect an entry form at the school gym. The cost for the day is $5.00.
