District Basketball

On Monday 22nd July our boys and girls All Star teams competed in the District Basketball competition at the State Basketball centre. BOTH our teams played AMAZING and secured spots in the Grand Final. Our girls team played their hearts out and came Runners up and our boys teams came out blazing and came away as Grand Final Premiers!

Congratulations to both teams who will be competing in the Division competition early in Term Four. 

A sensational effort was made by all players on the day! Well done to Anabelle P, Bree P, Eva P, Mikayla R, Natalia R, Amy W, Dhaani N and Chloe A for our girls team Runners up, and Declan C, Tate C, Mitchell H, Josh B, Lewis E, Tristan B, Brock S and Flynn H who are Premiers for the Wantirna District! A huge thank you to Tim Aumann for coaching the girls team, to Anthony Howard and Merryn Cutter for coaching our boys team, and also to all the parents who came down and supported. The success of days like this are largely due to our wonderful parents!

And finally good luck to our netball and T-Ball teams who are competing in Division next week!
