Principal Update

St Francis, Nathalia is a child safe school.
We promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.

Swimming Program

This year we will again be conducting the program at Aquamoves in Shepparton to ensure we have the appropriate number of instructors and that the weather will not impact the program. The children will participate in a 45 minute swimming lesson each day with qualified AustSWIM instructors. We strongly suggest the younger students come to school with their bathers on under their school uniform to assist them each day.

The bus schedule for the day will be as follows:

Bus 1: Leave St Francis @ 9:00 Grade 3/4/5/6 students
Bus 2: Leave St Francis @ 10:30 Grade F/1/2/3 students
Bus 1 Leave Aquamoves @ 12:00pm to return to school
Bus 2 Leave Aquamoves @ 2:20pm to return to school

Book Week Parade

The Book Week Parade is back bigger than ever this year. The parade will occur on Monday 29th August at 9am - Basketball Courts. We look forward to students, staff and any parents or siblings celebrating reading this year. The theme for 2024 is "Reading is Magic" with students involved in Book Week activities following the parade.

Enrolments OPEN

Enrolments for 2025 are open with packs available from the front office. If you know of any families considering enrolment at St Francis, please direct them to the school office, as I am happy to take them on a school tour.

School Hours

A reminder to families that children are supervised by teachers at St Francis from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm each day. Teachers are rostered for yard duty before school, at recess and lunchtime, and after school. Children should not be arriving to school prior to 8:30am.
