Principal Team Updates
from everyone's desk.
Our school has a proud history of developing strong school leaders, including Dale McInerney, Principal of Menzies Creek Primary School; Andrew Den Elzen, Principal of Whitehorse Primary School; and Liam Sommers, currently Acting Principal at Coldstream and substantive Assistant Principal at Rangeview.

We also congratulate Julie Reid, who over the summer break successfully completed her Victorian Aspiring Principals Assessment, the accreditation required to become a substantive Principal. Last year, Julie completed two terms as Acting Principal at Gladysdale. This term, she is undertaking six weeks as Acting Principal at our school while I am on leave.
We sincerely thank Julie for her outstanding leadership of our school over the past fortnight, and for the upcoming period starting March 9th.

At last week’s assembly, we were proud to present leadership badges to an exceptional group of students who were nominated and appointed to a range of leadership roles.

The new arrangements are progressing well, with the morning Kiss and Go zone now relocated further north along Campaspe Drive and the previous area reinstated as a parking zone. Thank you to families for your cooperation and support during this transition. We ask that you please help spread the word to extended family members or others who assist with drop-off and pick-up to ensure everyone is aware of the updated arrangements.
This week, I have also connected with Council to begin discussions about the possibility of installing a second pedestrian crossing outside the Kindergarten to further support the safe movement of children and families crossing Campaspe Drive. We will keep the community informed as these discussions progress.
