School Council

School Council Update

Last night at the School Council Annual Meeting, the 2026 School Council was formally established.

Jessica Kaaden was elected President, Katherine (Kat) Moorby as Vice President, and Ashley Gregory was re-elected as Treasurer. Parent members Katherine Stakula, Matthew Nott and Christian Hesse join the Council, along with DET members Bree Jennings, Lisa Jonga, Angela Stevens (Minute Secretary) and Julie Reid as General Members. As Principal, Christian Holdsworth serves as the Department’s Executive Officer.

In accordance with our Standing Orders, Council will now seek to co-opt two community members for 2026 who can play an advisory role and report on community business. It is hoped these members will represent our newly formed Kindergarten and strengthen the connection between the school and our early learning community.

School Council President's Annual Report

Annually, at the conclusion of the School Council cycle and prior to the election of office bearers, the School Council President presents their Annual Report.

Last night, our outgoing President, Sian Jamison, delivered her final Annual Report to the school community.

We extend our sincere thanks to Sian for her dedicated service on School Council since 2016, including the past seven years as School Council President. Her leadership, commitment and stewardship have made a significant contribution to the ongoing strength and success of our school.
