2026 CSEF APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund – (CSEF) is a state government funded scheme to assist eligible families with payments for their child’s camps, sports, and excursion activities run by their school.

To be eligible, parents must hold a valid means-tested concession card, including one of the following:

1. Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC)

2. Pensioner Concession Card (PCC).

This year each primary school student of eligible households will get $400 to help assist families with school activities.

If you believe your family to be eligible, please complete the attached application form and return to the school office, together with a copy of your concession card.

LATE ARRIVAL PROCESS

School begins at 8:45am, and students are expected to be in their classrooms, ready to learn, by this time. Gates open at 8:35am, with classrooms open to allow students to settle in and prepare for the day.

If your child arrives after 8:45am, please accompany them to the school office to sign them in via the Compass portal. This ensures we can confirm their safe arrival and accurately record attendance. Please note, if a student is not signed from a parent in at the office after arriving late, an automated text message will be sent at 10am advising that they were marked late.

Thank you for your support in promoting punctuality and helping every student start their day smoothly.

EARLY COLLECTION OF STUDENTS

We understand that occasionally you may need to collect your child early from school. If this is required, please notify the Administration Team in advance so we can support a smooth and timely process for both your child and the classroom.

We need to minimise disruption to learning and supervision

Students cannot be collected during the following times:

Recess: 10:45 am – 11:15 am
Lunch: 1:15 pm – 2:00 pm
After 2:30 pm on regular school days
After 2:00 pm on Fridays

HATS

Term 1 is a SunSmart term. Please ensure your child brings a named school hat to school. Hats will be kept in student lockers. Students without a hat will be required to sit in the shade outside the library during outdoor times.

PERMISSIONS

As this is a new year, we kindly ask you to please update your child's permissions on Compass (e.g. walking permissions, photo permissions etc.)If you need assistance with this please ensure you visit the Office.

TISSUES

Donations of tissue boxes are much appreciated for your child’s class.
