Cake Stall Donations
Plates and instructions for the Festival's Cake Stall were sent home this afternoon. Any donations of cakes, muffins, biscuits, slices etc (homemade or store-bought) would be most appreciated. Please follow the packaging, labeling, health and safety instructions enclosed.
We kindly request that all donations be dropped off at the Multi-Purpose Hall anytime on Saturday 9th November.
Additional plates are available in the parish foyer if you would like to donate more than one item.
If you have some time and would like to volunteer to assist at the cake stall on the day, please emailDenise Konstantinou.

The festival will be holding 4 class stalls this year for each class:

MLC (2/3/4) Lucky Dip Stall
SLC-C ( 5/6) Lob O Choc
SLC-KC (5/6) - Plant / Flower Stall

We really need to fill ALL of the above time for our class stalls. This is our last big festival, so let's go out with a BANG!! Many thanks in advance for your support.

Devonshire Tea
This year Devonshire Tea will be located in the Tennis Club along with entertainment provided throughout the day.
We are requesting donations of Strawberry Jam and Thickened Cream.
Please drop donations off either Friday (between 4-6 pm) or Saturday (between 12-3pm)
Festival General Information
Please note that on the day of the festival on site parking allocation is exhausted. For those people who have applied for a parking permit, these will be available for collection next week either after mass on Saturday or Friday next week (Friday collection from MPH between 4- 5 pm).
Wristbands and treasure hunt show bags can be collected from ticket booth on the day of the festival.
We are still taking Plant donations for the Plant Stall. Please drop donations off either Friday (between 4-6 pm) or Saturday (between 12-3pm) .
Please refer to help sheet in the foyer to allocate any time you may have to help set up, pack up or help on a stall.
We need as many volunteers as possible to support our Festival. Thankyou!
