Focus on Learning
Kindergarten- Mrs Barnes
Mrs Barnes and Kinder have been having an exciting time this term. They have been learning lots of new and interesting things and have been putting in 100% effort in everything they do.
In writing we have been learning about conjunctions, in particular and, because and but. Kinder have also been learning about adjectives (describing words), nouns (naming words) and verbs (doing words) and have been using them in our writing. See some of their amazing work below.
Multiplication has been our focus in mathematics, particularly making equal groups. Kinder decided that equal groups were very important as it means everyone receives a fair share!
In Religion we have been learning about the wonder of Creation and the amazing world God has made for us.
Our new class member Travelling Ted has loved visiting everyone's home and Kinder looks forward to hearing about his many adventures.
