Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) are the building blocks for movement – children can then use these skills to stay active and play a range of sports and activities throughout their lives.

 

There are 12 skills that we explicitly teach at school and over the coming weeks we will be sharing each of these skills and some fun ideas to practice at home.
