The Rosary is a Catholic prayer and a string of beads used to remember and meditate on key events in the lives of Jesus and his mother, Mary, called the "mysteries". To pray it, you move your fingers from bead to bead, saying prayers like the Our Father and Hail Mary to help you focus and grow closer to God. The beads are a tool to keep track of the prayers, and the whole process is like wearing a "garland of roses" for Mary.
