USPS School Leaders-Vyom, Jasper, Isla and Judd

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri elders, past, present and emerging for sharing this land that we teach, connect and learn upon.

We continue to walk together to make a stronger future for this land we call home.

We greatly appreciate the elders for taking care of this amazing country.

Foundation Transition session.

Last week we had our new 2026 Foundation students attend for their first transition session. How lucky they were to be greeted at the door by our School Leaders - Judd, Isla and Vyom. Thanks leaders for always being willing to step up and show respect to our growing community.

Whole School Reward System

Congratulations to Mulga who won Term Three house points reward system. Term Four is up and going and it is nice and close for all house groups.

In the coming weeks our House Leaders will be reaching out to our students, to see if there are alternate whole school rewards for our house group celebrations. This Student Voice option has come from a Localised School survey that our staff delivered to students during Term Two. Data identifies that a selection of students would like to have a different form of celebration. Let's see what options our students suggest.

UPWEY HIGH MUSIC BAND

During week one of this term, we were lucky to have the Upwey High School Year 10-12 bands, visit our school and perform a number of songs. It was a brilliant display of the talent and skills from the high school. It was also great to watch and listening to a number of past students performing as well. Something for many of our students to aspire to.
