Leading into the year 2024, the Year 12 VCE VM class has embarked on a unique and caffeinated journey, integrating numeracy skills into the art of coffee making. From measuring precise coffee grounds to calculating brewing times, these young minds are not just mastering the art of a perfect cup but also honing their numeracy skills in a real-world context. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee permeates the classroom as students collaboratively explore ratios, proportions, and even budgeting for ingredients. 

This hands-on approach to numeracy not only adds a flavorful twist to their learning experience but also prepares them with practical skills for life beyond the classroom.
