GENERAL OFFICE

Office Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Telephone: 9874 3422

Parents should always make contact with the General Office first when visiting the school or trying to make contact with their children. Appointments with teachers can be made via Compass.

ABSENCES

Student absences should be reported to the school via Compass Parent Portal on the day of the absence before 9:00am.

Reporting your child’s positive test if your child tests positive to COVID-19.

You need to:

report the positive case through the Student COVID-19 Test Portal AND ALSO
notify the school in writing or by phone AND ALSO
report your child’s positive test to the Department of Health via the COVID-19 Positive Rapid Antigen Test Self-Reporting Form or call centre on 1800 675 398.

LATE ARRIVAL TO SCHOOL

If your child is late they must report to the Year Level Coordinator at the General Office.

Students are expected to be at school at 8:30am. A locker bell rings at 8:30am and class begins punctually at 8:45am.

EARLY LEAVERS

If your child needs to leave school early for any reason, please notify the school via Compass Parent Portal. Teachers will not allow any student to leave their class unless there is prior notification.

LOST PROPERTY

Please ensure that all school clothes, books and personal property are clearly labelled with the student's name. This will ensure that property can be returned to the correct person when it is lost.

SCHOOL PAYMENTS

All payments should be paid via Compass Parent Portal.
