A fantastic achievement by Year 9 student Spencer Rann, and his tennis team (Geelong Lawn Tennis Club, Section 5 Boys - White)
On Saturday 2 September, they won the Grand Final of the Tennis Geelong Juniors, Section 5 Boys / Winter competition. It was a tight match, coming down to the last set to decide the winner. In fact, they saved a match point before turning the set around to eventually win it. They beat another Geelong Lawn team (GLTC - Green) in the final.
