Fun in 3/4C!

BOOK WEEK!

This week is book week and is a week where we celebrate all the wonderful books that we have and the joy of reading! On Monday we did lots of fun activities. 

One activity we did was a character profile. We drew what we dressed up as and wrote why we chose that character. We also enjoyed using the green screen to take photos of ourselves and put them within a scene that matched our character. 

Fractions

We have been learning about fractions. We know that fractions are a part of a whole. We have done many different activities to help us understand fractions. We played a hands on dice game to help us understand equivalent fractions. We also created posters to show our understanding of fractions. Look at what happens when we keep folding or breaking each part in half again.
