Saints Unplugged Senior

The final Saints Unplugged Senior took place on Thursday night in the new music block.  Parents and friends were treated to a wide array of musical styles.  The student performed exceptionally well.  Hospitality as always, outdid themselves with some beautiful delights. 

Unplugged Junior will be on Wednesday 8 November at 5:30pm in the new music block.

Queensland SHEP

Congratulations to Takeshi Holland (Year 10) who represented Saints on Cello in the Queensland State Honours Ensemble Progam at the Qld Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University, Brisbane. Over 200 schools across Queensland were represented at the intensive over the September school holidays. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded students and make wonderful music together.

SMC Live

The Combined Saints Colleges String Orchestra and the Saints Choir performed at St Monica’s Live Awards Evening at CPAC on Tuesday 12 September.  Mathew Christensen sang with his MEXS class.  The College choir combined with the St Monica’s choirs to perform “Pemulwuy” as a feature.  It was a wonderful evening of incredible talent on show and a great example of how our Colleges work together in the Arts.

Spirit of Arts Awards

Students can apply for a Spirit of Arts Award at any time.  Please see the Arts staff to get an application and information booklet.
