Hello, from PE

News from PE-  Ms. Laura Hicks.

Basketball

On Friday, 13 students represented our school at the division basketball tournament. Students have been working hard at lunchtimes to improve their skills in preparation for the day. Our girls’ team was competitive all day with some great shots. Our boys’ team had some tough matches but were able to come away with a win for the day, winning in a 1 point win thriller. Well done to all the students who came and represented our school. 

Scooters/Bike Repairs

Next term we are planning to run scooter sessions in PE. We are looking for any scooters that children may have outgrown or are no longer using to donate to our school. The scooters need to be in good working condition. We also have a few school bikes that are not in great condition. If anyone has the time/ability to help fix any bikes in preparation for next term, that would be greatly appreciated. Please send an email to laura.hicks@education.vic.gov.au
