Peace be with You

“Peace be with you!” – John 20:21 (NIV)

Welcome to the start of another school year! These words of Jesus in John 20:21 "Peace be with you" is a way that Christians will greet each other at church. It is a way for us to remind each other that God gives us peace in every moment of life.

This year, we want to share God’s peace with each other. We can do this by being kind, helping others, and showing care in our words and actions. At Good News Lutheran College, we know that God is with us in all we do. God helps us learn, grow, and work together as one big community. Our prayer for this year is that each person will feel God’s love and care, and that God’s peace will guide us every day in our actions of service to ourselves and our community.

Let’s make this a wonderful year, full of learning, friendship, and God’s peace!

Peace be with you.
