STUDENTS ON HOLIDAYS

If you are planning on a family holiday during the School Term, the protocol is to email Mrs Cathy Ferrari at (cathy.ferrari@smstkildaeast.catholic.edu.au or principal@smstkildaeast.catholic.edu.au) with the dates, venue and any other relevant information. These details will be recorded and passed onto the relevant teachers and staff members. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email Cathy.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

A reminder as we look forward to 2025, please think about applying for a Working With Children Check. A WWC volunteer check is free and required if you are helping out here at school or when we need help with swimming activities, sports events or excursions. Please see the below link for further information. If you have a WWC - please drop by the office for us to photocopy for our records.

CATHOLIC SECONDARY ENROLMENT DATES for students starting Year 7 in 2027

Tuesday 28th January 2025 - Applications Open for students starting Year 7 2027

Friday 15th August 2025 - Applications Close

Friday 17 October 2025 – Offers will be posted to prospective Year 7 applicants.

Friday 7 November 2025 – Final date for parents/carers to accept an offer made by the catholic secondary school.
