A Wonderful Start for Our New Grade Preps!

Our newest students have had an incredible start to their school journey! The first few days have been filled with excitement, curiosity, and a whole lot of fun as they settle into their new learning environment.

Building Connections Through Storytelling

On Thursday, our older students embraced their leadership roles by guiding the younger students through activities based on the beloved book The Day the Crayons Quit. This wonderful story set the stage for creativity and teamwork, as students took on the roles of different crayon characters, bringing the book to life in imaginative ways.

The activities encouraged collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, all while fostering strong bonds between our younger and older students. It was heartwarming to see the older students step up as mentors, showing kindness and enthusiasm while supporting th

eir younger peers.

NAPLAN 2025: Helping our students shine

NAPLAN is just around the corner, running from 12 to 24 March 2025. This annual assessment for Years 3 & 5 helps us understand student progress in literacy and numeracy.

Why It Matters

NAPLAN is a valuable tool that helps teachers tailor learning to support each student’s growth. It’s not about passing or failing—it’s about celebrating progress and identifying areas where students can improve.
